When you confirm your purchase, you accept that these terms and conditions form the basis of the contract between Heatherton Country Sports Park Ltd and you.

Prices and payments

All prices include any applicable taxes. The price confirmed at the time of purchase will not be increased afterwards.

Prices, discounts and special offers may change without notice. Offers are subject to availability, their individual terms and the stated promotional period.

Tickets, passes and bookings may not be resold or used in conjunction with another offer unless specifically stated.

Cancellations and refunds

All tickets, Activity Credit Passes and bookings are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation, non-attendance or expiry.

Refunds will not be provided for unused credits or activities that guests choose not to take part in.

If Heatherton has to cancel a pre-booked activity, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Changing your booking

If Flexi-Date Protection was purchased with your booking, changes may be made in accordance with its terms.

For Activity Credit Pass bookings, changes must be requested by 10am on the day before your visit. For other eligible bookings, changes may be requested up to 24 hours before the booked date or time.

Without Flexi-Date Protection, changes requested less than 24 hours before your booking may be subject to a £10 administration fee.

Visiting Heatherton

Admission to Heatherton is free, and Activity Credit Passes can be purchased online in advance or from Reception when you arrive.

Please bring your booking confirmation or booking reference with you.

Certain activities have age, height, weight, clothing and footwear restrictions. Guests are responsible for checking these requirements before purchasing. Fully enclosed footwear is required for selected activities.

Activities are subject to availability, opening times, weather conditions, maintenance and operational requirements. Heatherton reserves the right to alter opening times or withdraw an activity when necessary.

Activity Credit Passes

Family/Shared Activity Passes may be shared between family members or members of the same group. Once redeemed for the first time, any remaining credits are valid for six months from the redemption date.

Individual 6, 8 and 10 Credit Passes are valid for one person only and must be used on the selected visit date. Any unused credits will expire at the end of that day and cannot be transferred to another person or visit.

Unused or expired credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Some activities and experiences are not included within Activity Credit Passes and must be paid for or booked separately.

Pre-booked activities and experiences

Activities and experiences booked for a specific date and time must be attended at the time shown on your confirmation.

Late arrival may result in your session being shortened or cancelled without a refund. Guests should arrive by the time stated in their booking information to allow time for check-in and any required safety briefing.
